The Hershey Public Library is accepting applications for a Part-Time Library Assistant- Administrative Support with a starting pay rate of $12.75 per hour.
The Library Assistant- Administrative Support performs bookkeeping and clerical duties. This position oversees the purchase of library supplies and materials and maintains contact with vendors. Typical schedule is 20 hours/week Monday through Friday 9AM-12PM with occasional weekend or evening shifts. Qualified candidates require a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience in a clerical field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. FBI Fingerprint Clearance, PA State Police Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Certification, and PA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate required for employment.
Interview and background investigation will be conducted.
