Friday, July 31, 6-8pm: Preview Night for Friends Members
Saturday, August 1: 10am – 5pm – Federated Women’s Club Bake Sale while supplies last!
Sunday, August 2: 1pm – 5pm – Federated Women’s Club Bake Sale while supplies last!
Monday, August 3: 10am – 5pm – All items 50% off
Tuesday, August 4: 10am – 7pm – $5 per bag or box of regular books, 50% off specially priced items
Anyone interested in supporting the work of the Friends of the Hershey Public Library can join the Friends on a variety of membership levels.

Friends HPL Book Sale Book Vendor Policy:
These gudelines will help everyone enjoy our book sale:
1. Use of scanners is allowed. However, anyone using a scanner who interferes with other customers will be required to turn off the scanner.
2. Friday night:
- Please use the Children’s area of the library to sort through books.
- Do not block aisles in the large meeting room.
- Do not block any entrance/exit or hall areas.
- When you are ready to check out, find a volunteer in a blue apron for assistance. You do not need to go through the checkout area.
- Checkout by 7:45pm.
3. Saturday:
- Check in at the cashier table as a book vendor. A volunteer will then assign you an area to stage your books.
- Do not block aisles in the large meeting room.
- Do not block any entrance/exit or hall areas.
- When you are ready to check out, find a volunteer in a blue apron for assistance. You do not need to go through the checkout area.
