Economic downturns have demonstrated that national financial stability can depend on the financial well-being of individuals and families. It also raised awareness about the complexity of the decisions consumers must make to manage their finances effectively. Despite the availability of a wide range of information about managing money and about financial products and services, many of us still struggle to make financial decisions that serve our life goals. Together, the Hershey Public Library and Steven Ginter, Associate Vice President & Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley are presenting a four-part financial education series, in hopes of making reliable, unbiased information available to our community.
